Deltech is a global leader in the production of high-performance aromatic monomers and specialized crystal polystyrene. With Corporate headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in addition to a manufacturing site in Troy, Ohio, Deltech has established itself as a prominent player in the industry.

The Deltech Monomers operations specialize in the production of high-performance aromatic monomers, including para-methylstyrene (PMS), vinyltoluene (VT), tertiary-butylstyrene (TBS), divinylbenzene (DVB), and other specialty monomers, which are the building blocks used in the manufacturing of various chemical and polymer products. Deltech’s products deliver key benefits in attractive and demanding end markets including coatings, adhesives and sealants, ion exchange/water purification, oil and gas, composites, and construction.

The Deltech Polymers operations in Troy, Ohio focuses on the production of specialized crystal polystyrene (PS) and styrene methyl methacrylate (SMMA) products. Deltech's product range finds widespread application in extrusion, injection molding, compounding, and blending processes. Extrusion grades are utilized in the building and construction industry, particularly for insulation products, while the molding grades are suitable for durable houseware and lifestyle goods. Deltech also offers various grades tailored for color concentrates, specialty compounds, and custom formulated materials.

In October 2022, Deltech acquired StanChem Resins. Situated in East Berlin, Connecticut, StanChem Resins is a prominent player in the industry, recognized for its expertise in the development and production of high-performance emulsion polymers and resins. StanChem caters to a diverse range of industries, including architecture, construction, adhesives, and packaging.
