Deltech Resins Company has recently acquired the resins businesses of UR-Cryl Polymer and Thibaut & Walker. Deltech Resins is a newly formed company and is part of the Deltech Group.
Deltech Resins Co. now offers technologies which include a line of polyurethane dispersions; acrylic emulsions; oil modified urethanes; short, medium and long oil specialty alkyds; water reducible alkyds; and co-polymer emulsions. The acquisitions will provide Deltech Resins with access to the Deltech feedstocks and other existing technologies and will provide the Deltech Group with further participation into targeted coatings resins markets.

DELTECH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES JAPANESE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT SEPTEMBER 2004
Deltech Corporation has contracted with Nagase & Company to market and distribute Deltech specialty monomers in Japan. Nagase will be the exclusive distributor of Deltech vinyl toluene and para-methyl styrene monomers.

DELTECH POLYMERS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SALE JANUARY 7, 2003
Deltech Polymers Corporation (DPC) and NOVA Chemicals Inc. (NOVA) announced that NOVA has purchased DPC's polystyrene and methyl methacrylate/styrene copolymer (Styrilic) businesses effective January 15. 2003. The sale includes all crystal polystyrene and Styrilic product lines, DPC's customer information and associated technology. The sale does not include any physical assets of the Troy, OH manufacturing facility.
DPC and NOVA have established a transition team to coordinate the business transfer and ensure DPC customers continue to receive superior service. Questions concerning the transfer should be directed to

DELTECH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT AUGUST 2002
Deltech Corporation has contracted with the IMCD Group to market and distribute Deltech specialty monomers in Europe. IMCD offers chemical distribution services to a wide range of market sectors through offices and warehouses located across Europe. IMCD became independent from Internatio-Müller in June 2001 through a management buy-out.
Deltech will utilize the distributor network provided by the IMCD Group to supply the specialty monomers para-Methylstyrene (PMS), Vinyltoluene (VT), tertiary-Butylstyrene (TBS) and Divinylbenzene (DVB) throughout continental Europe. Logistics will be conducted by Interorgana from Cologne, Germany.
The IMCD Group is ideally situated to offer improved logistics, packaging and local time service for distribution of Deltech's specialty monomer product line through experienced sales representatives available in key market areas. IMCD has assigned Mr. Kersten Urff the responsibility of product management for coordination of specialty monomer sales, marketing, distribution and market development.

DELTECH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES AQUISITION August 2000
Deltech Europe Ltd., an affiliate of Deltech Corporation, has purchased the Haverhill, UK chemical production site formerly owned by Borden Chemical. Mr. John Scanlan has been appointed General Manager and will direct activities of Deltech Europe. Ltd. Mr. Scanlan has extensive experience with the Haverhill Plant as an employee of Borden and previous owner Blagden Chemicals.
The site is approximately 1 hour from London and has the capability of producing alkyd resins, other specialty coating resins and unsaturated polyester resins. Resin development activities are conducted onsite. Deltech Europe, Ltd. plans to develop resin products utilizing the unique characteristics of Deltech Corporations' specialty monomer products: Vinyltoluene (VT), para-Methylstyrene (PMS) and tertiary-Butylstyrene (TBS).
